Tender Description
The work comprises the supply of all labour, plant and materials necessary for the works involved in the reconstruction of the road pavement, street lighting upgrade and landscaping works along the Esplanade from Daly Street to Herbert Street in Darwin's CBD as specified, and in accordance with the accompanying drawings and conditions of Contract, to the complete satisfaction of the Superintendent.
The works shall be completed in the following stages:
Stage 1 Reconstruction of the Esplanade from Knuckey Street to Herbert Street.
Stage 2 Reconstruction of the Esplanade from Peel Street to Knuckey Street.
Stage 3 Reconstruction of the Esplanade from midway between Daly Street and Peel Street to Peel Street.
Stage 4 Reconstruction of the Esplanade from Daly Street to midway between Daly Street and Peel Street.
The works are situated in Darwin's Central Business District, along the Esplanade from Daly Street to Herbert Street.
