Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Overview

The Department of Logistics and Infrastructure (NT) sought a contractor to undertake gravel re-sheet works at various locations on Ringwood Road, Tortilla Flats, in the Darwin Region.

Scope

The scope includes:

  • Gravel re-sheet works at various locations on Ringwood Road, Tortilla Flats, with a combined length of 4km
  • Re-claiming, re-formation and compaction of the existing road in accordance with DLI standard CS-3609
  • Extraction and processing of natural gravel materials from the gravel pit located on Ringwood Road to achieve type 2 material
  • Hauling, placing, shaping and compacting type 2 material to form a 200mm thick pavement
