Tender Description
Brookfield Johnson Controls, Project Manager to the NSW Police Force, is inviting Head Contractors to tender for the redevelopment and construction of Toronto Police Station via a Design and Construct approach.
The project generally involves the following:
* Demolition of the existing Police Station
* Gross floor area approximately 1000m2 being a single Ground Floor level
* External works and parking for approximately 10 vehicles
* Temporary accommodation
* Relocation of current Toronto Operations to several Local Command Police Stations including reinstatement

Once the EOI documentation is received, your EOI should then be submitted no later than 3.00pm AEST on Wednesday 20th May 2015.
