Schedule of Rates Annual Contract
For the Provision of a Compliant Panel of Maintenance Services to Council Facilities for Electrical Contractors, Plumbers and Painters and Carpenters.
Council wishes to establish a panel of local contractors that is pre-qualified for use by Council on an as needs basis without any guarantee of any work through the term of this contract.
