The Victorian Managed Insurance Authority (VMIA) as insurer of Numurkah District Health Service (NDHS), invite expressions of interest for the purchase and removal of the temporary Urgent Care Centre currently, located at the corner of Katamatite-Nathalia Road and Melville Street, Numurkah.
The building has an overfall floor space of approximately 570m2. It was constructed in 9 modular sections and moved to the NDHS site in October 2012 where it was assembled to be used as a temporary hospital and administration of the new NDHS hospital.
The building will be disconnected from services, ready for the successful bidder to dismantle into modules and remove from the site. Removal will need to be undertaken between 24 June 2015 and 2 July 2015.
