Tender Description
The purpose of this Contract is for Council to engage the services of an appropriately skilled and suitably qualified Contractor to undertake and provide physical (manual) and electronic security measures in order to preserve the integrity of Council’s facilities and assets and to provide for the safety of staff and public by minimising the incidence of unauthorised entry, vandalism and property damage.
This service does not extend to the management of security and hall monitoring which is part of Councils separate ‘Security Services for Hall Keeping’ contract used for community facilities that are hired out for a variety of functions such as weddings, baby showers to meetings.
