Tender Description
The Department, on behalf of the Director of Housing (Director), is seeking suitably qualified and experienced parties to hold in safe custody keys to the Director’s rental properties in rural remote areas in Victoria. The successful service provider(s) will distribute these keys to nominated officers, agents, contractors as well as current and prospective tenants of the Director for the purpose of inspections, maintenance or other rental activities as required.
