Sydney New Year's Eve is one of the largest annual celebrations in the world, attracting over one million spectators along the foreshore of Sydney Harbour and a global audience of one billion. The event is produced by the City of Sydney with support from a number of government agencies.
As part of the customer service and communications strategy for the event, the City provides a spectator information program in the form of information booths staffed by volunteers, and roving teams, throughout the CBD for Sydney New Year's Eve. These booths operate prior to the Event, and on the Event day/night.
The City of Sydney is seeking to engage a company to deliver the Spectator Information Program for Sydney New Year's Eve.
