We invite Expressions of Interest (EOI) from parties interested in providing food and beverage services in the Western Foyers at the Sydney Opera House.
The venue includes three theatre bars and the Colonnade Cafe, located on the lower western side of the Sydney Opera House.
Offering panoramic views of Sydney Harbour Bridge and the majestic cruise liners at the Overseas Passenger Terminal, the Western Foyers venue is one of only two internal spaces at the Opera House designed by architect Jørn Utzon.
This is an exciting opportunity for an operator to play an integral role in the growth of the food and beverage offering at one of the most recognisable destinations in the world.
