Provision of Monitoring and Billing of Bulk Water Accessed From Reticulated Supplies

⁠⁠⁠Expression of Interest Bulk water refers to water taken from the reticulated water supply system for distribution or use by a mobile device. Examples of bulk water uses include:
 
* Water carters transporting water for potable use (e.g. filling domestic water tanks etc.)
* Vehicles transporting water (including recycled water) for non-potable uses (e.g. firefighting, dust suppression, directional drilling, irrigation, street sweeping, sewer jetting etc.)
* Domestic customers collecting water for their own use (either for potable or non-potable use)
 
The purpose of this Registration of Interest (ROI) is to invite submissions from parties capable of providing solutions for the management of bulk water accessed from a reticulated water supply in Victoria. Additionally, this ROI also seeks to encourage service providers that are also capable of offering products/services for the monitoring of recycled and wastewater.
