Design and Construction of Prefabricated Modular Building for the Lalor Community Pavilion

⁠⁠⁠The Contractor shall be responsible for the detailed design and documentation for the prefabricated modular building including all necessary approvals and certifications including, but not necessarily be limited to, structural certification, mechanical and electrical certification, Part J Compliance Report and Building Permit. The construction phase of the project will include the installation of the modular building to a pre-prepared location as nominated.

Pre-Tender Site Visit All prospective tenderers are invited to attend a pre-tender site visit at the Lalor Tennis Pavilion, 24 Sydney Crescent, Lalor on Thursday 2nd April 2015 at 2.30pm. Tenderers shall confirm their attendance by no later than 12 noon on Wednesday, 1st April 201t via email at procurement@whittlesea.vic.gov.au detailing the contract number, company name and name(s) of attendees.

Tenderers shall note that Appendix D and I are not included with the tender package and will be provided as an Addendum.
