Tender Description
The Contractor will be required to provide maintenance services including grass mowing, weed spraying, etc for tree reserves, adjacent walkways, roadsides and gravel paths along main roads throughout the municipality and keep all paved areas, footpaths, and kerb and channel free of grass cuttings.
This contract will be for the period of 36 months (3 years) from the 1 July 2015 until 30 June 2018, with the option to extend for a further period of up to 24 months (2 years) at Council’s discretion.

The Council will be acquiring a Financial Report for all Contractors obtaining Tender documents.

Tenders must be submitted on forms supplied and be lodged in the Tender Box at the Civic Centre by 2.00 pm on Tuesday 28 April 2015.
Tenders for all contracts must be lodged in the Tender Box on Level 1 at the Civic Centre, 511 Burwood Highway, Wantirna South in a sealed envelope endorsed with the description of tender and contract number before the closing date. Submissions lodged late, or by facsimile or mail will not be considered. Council is not bound to accept the lowest or any tender.
