Tender Description
Darebin City Council (Council) invites tenders for the provision of Catering and Event Management Services at Darebin Arts & Entertainment Centre (DAEC). Council seeks to award the tender to a suitably experienced contractor. The successful tenderer will be responsible for providing professional, high-quality and efficient staff and services that are versatile and represent exceptional value-for-money.
The Contractor will be responsible for managing booking (in conjunction with the DAEC Team Leader) for all catered events: assigning locations and resources; designs menus, room setting and timelines and managing quotation, invoicing and debtors.
