Tender Description
The Successful Tenderer will be required to provide an automated solution to support the operation of the PBO for the processing of Parliamentarian Requests, Information Requests, Departmental Requests and Election Commitments. The existing manual process creates duplicate and inconsistent workflows. The solution that satisfies this Statement of Requirements is expected to provide a cost-effective, integrated system based on a Commercial off the Shelf system that meets all parties’ requirements.
