Tender Description
Council is seeking quotations from suitably qualified and experienced Respondents to provide Council with a catering service at various venues as required for a period of one (1) year with an option to extend for a further year.
A full description of the nature and extent of the services required by Council are set out in Section 3 of the Request.
(1) The catering services requirement is for:
(a) Council Meetings and various Civic Events
(i) Sit down dinners and buffets
(ii) Cocktail style events
(iii) Light meals & refreshments (hot & cold finger food)
(b) other various Council functions
