Tender Description
The Contract is to engage a suitably qualified Technical Advisor to complete the Pre-Concept Design for the Granville Substation.
The services to be provided by the Technical Advisor is outlined as follows:
* Development, amendment, completion and confirmation details of proposed operations diagrams (including system, sectioning and reticulation diagrams) with input from TPD into final operating diagrams for acceptance by TfNSW;
* Development, amendment, completion and confirmation of building sketches and development of Substation building pre-concept layout drawings with input from TPD;
* Development of a technical specification for the Substation and all associated ancillary works. The purpose of the technical specification is to enable the Principal to include this technical specification in the tender for the design and construction Contract of the new Granville Substation;
* Preparation of Review of Environmental Factors (REF) study and report; and
* Provision of site investigation Services.
