This tender involves the following projects:
* Baldivis Recreation Centre - replacement of zincalume roof
* Safety Bay Tennis Club - internal & external renovation
* Lifelinks/South Coastal Women’s Health (Civic Boulevard) - Roof modifications
A mandatory briefing inspection of the contract will occur at 10:00am on Monday, 23 March 2015 commencing at the Lifelinks building, 4 Civic Boulevard, Rockingham and will take approximately 2 hours. Due to the nature of the tender, this site inspection is mandatory and all prospective tenderers must attend or send a suitable representative.
Tenders close at 2pm, Wednesday, 1 April 2015 at the City’s Administration Centre, Civic Boulevard, Rockingham.
Request for tender documents, containing full details of the work and details regarding the lodgement of tenders, will be available for collection from 10am on Monday, 16 March 2015.
