Construction of Elsie Austin Oval Social Room

⁠⁠⁠Tenders close 12 noon, Friday, 10 April 2015.

Tenders are invited for the construction of the Elsie Austin Oval Social Room, in Mount Helena.

This Request for Tender will be conducted in an electronic environment. The Request for Tender document is available from the Shire’s Tenderlink Portal at: https://www.tenderlink.com/mundaring/

Tenders must be lodged via the portal and will be available from Tuesday, 17th March. Further information regarding assistance with retrieving the Request documents or using the portal to lodge Tenders must be obtained from Maria Beley on (08) 9290 6637 during office hours.

All enquiries relating to the project are to be in writing through the Tenderlink portal.

Tenders are to be marked “Tender AS.RFT 06/1415”. A tender that is not uploaded to the portal when tenders close will not be considered for evaluation. The Shire of Mundaring may decline to accept any or all tenders.

Facsimile or email tenders will not be considered for evaluation. Canvassing for Elected members or Council Officers will automatically disqualify tender.
