Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠City of Boroondara invites submissions from suitably qualified and experienced organisations for the provision of building refurbishment works at the Auburn Centre, 13 Victoria Road, Hawthorn East (Melway Ref 45 G10). The work is expected to be commenced by 13 April 2015 and be completed by mid June 2015. The work includes the remodelling and internal refurbishment of the existing building including asbestos removal and the replacement of all roof sheeting and guttering.

A project site inspection will be held at 10.00 am, Thursday 5 March 2015. It is highly recommended all Tenderers and their sub-contractors attend the site inspection and familiarise themselves with the existing building and site conditions.

Tenders close 4pm, Tuesday 24 March 2015.
