Tender Description
Service Providers appointed to the panel will be required to provide legal advice (written and verbal) to Council and to act on Council's behalf on a range of matters. Council may engage different Service Providers for the provision of services in various fields. This includes, but is not limited to, advising Council in meeting its legislative and law enforcement requirements, as well as general service to its community and dealings with other government authorities.
All technical enquiries relating to the works or services should be directed through the Tenderlink Forum established for this Contract.
All submissions must be electronically submitted (see electronic tender-box option below) no later than 12 noon Wednesday 18 March 2015.
Late, emailed and facsimiled tenders will not be accepted. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
