Tender Description
Submissions are invited from suitably qualified and experienced companies or individuals to undertake road reconstruction work for Coraki Road (Park Road). The contract includes all associated activities required to complete the project to the design and construction specifications provided.
A compulsory pre-tender meeting and site inspection will be held at 11.00am Monday, 2nd March 2015. Contractors are to meet on site near the intersection of Park Road and Coraki Road. Tenderers are to register their attendance with the above mentioned Council contact prior to the scheduled meeting. All prospective Contractors are to wear appropriate PPE including footwear, wide brimmed hat and high visibility clothing. Failure to attend the pre-tender meeting will automatically preclude the submission of a tender.
