Tender Description
Metropolitan Waste and Resource Recovery Group (MWRRG) on behalf of four councils located in the central and western suburbs of Melbourne, invites organisations with relevant experience to submit tenders for MWRRG Contract 2015/3.
The tender is for the provision of sustainable commingled recycling processing facilities for participating councils. To provide the required services, it is expected the tender process will result in contracts involving more than one facility or location.
A copy of the tender documents must be obtained from the MWRRG office (telephone 03 8698 9800) prior to submission.
MWRRG is a statutory body established under the Environment Protection Act 1970 with responsibility for working with metropolitan councils and industry to coordinate and facilitate the delivery of resource recovery and waste management activities.
Tenders close at 2pm Friday 20 March 2015.
A tender briefing is scheduled for 9.30am Thursday 5 March 2015.
