Submissions are invited in accordance with the EOI documents for the leasing of premises at: 15 Euston Street Wembley Downs
A mandatory briefing/ site inspection is being held at 24 Blackdown Way Karrinyup from 10:00am to 11:00am; and at 15 Euston Street Wembley Downs from 12:00pm to 1:00pm on Thursday 19 February 2015.

EOI should be contained in a sealed envelope which should be clearly marked with the EOI name and number and lodged in the Tender Box situated in the City's Administration Centre, 25 Cedric Street, Stirling, prior to the closing.
Canvassing of councillors or employees will disqualify. Late EOI not accepted. Facsimiles not accepted.
