The Principal requires the services of specialist suppliers to provide clinical and support services to identified Integrated Care public patients in line with the quality standards and clinical guidelines outlined in the Brokerage for Clinical and Support Services and Schedule D of this Invitation to Offer document.

The Principal has issued this Invitation to Offer with the objectives of:

* Identifying potential Supplier(s) to provide services relating to integrated care of identified public patients governed by the Brokerage for Clinical and Support Services Briefing;
* Evaluate offers addressing defined criteria relevant to the required services, and
* Ensuring value for money, industry best practice and enhanced social services are achieved through an invitation to offer approach.

All quesitons regarding the ITO is to be submitted by 6:00pm 16 February 2015.
