Tender Description
The Sunshine Town Centre is currently undergoing significant change to its public realm. This project is the first stage in transforming Sunshine into a safe, vibrant and legible environment that prioritises pedestrians, cyclists and public transport.
The project will include, but is not limited to the following items: demolition works, site preparation and earthworks, drainage works, lighting and electrical works, construction of concrete paving, asphalt paving, pre-cast concrete paving, pre-cast concrete walls, tactile ground surface indicators, supply and installation of custom and standard furniture, concrete barrier kerbs, concrete edging, garden beds, advanced tree planting and remedial backfilling of soil and plant and tree maintenance, all traffic management, subcontractor co-ordination.
