Tender Description
Tenders are invited from suitably qualified and experienced providers for the following contracts:
Contact No. – 2081 - Provision of General Building Maintenance and Minor Improvement Works – Preferred Suppliers – Plumbing
The Contractor will be required to provide the nominated trade services for general building maintenance and minor improvement works for all Council owned facilities throughout the municipality.
Council proposes to select a number of contractors for each trade service specified above. For major works or services in excess of $5,000, Council may call for fixed quotations from those registered contractors.
The contract will be for a period of Three (3) years from the 4 May, 2015 until 3 May, 2018, with the option to extend for a further period of up to Two Years at Council’s discretion.
Tender forms and specification may be obtained by downloading from Council’s website www.knox.vic.gov.au under ‘Tenders’.
Tenders must be submitted on forms supplied and be lodged in the Tender Box at the Civic Centre by 2.00pm on Tuesday 10 March, 2015.

Tenders for all the contracts must be lodged in the TENDER BOX on Level 1 at the Civic Centre, 511 Burwood Highway, Wantirna South prior to the closing date in sealed envelope endorsed with the description of tender and contract number. Facsimile or late submissions will not be considered. Council is not bound to accept the lowest or any tender.
