Tender Description
Southern Metropolitan Cemeteries Trust (SMCT) would like to invite you to submit a tender for the above Services, encompassing the construction as per the following requirements:
a. Site establishment.
b. Earthworks including soil profiling and installation of new select top soil.
c. Rock works including construction of pond using pond lining clay base, associated drainage channel(s) and associated infrastructure (rock weir).
d. Transport and installation of 100-150 boulders from a location within Bunurong Memorial Park.
e. Drainage including construction of pipes and culverts.
f. Footpath and fencing.
g. Windmill and water infrastructure: Supply and installation of solar panels, windmill, pump and associated infrastructure as specified in the civil design document.
h. General requirements.
Note that the attached RFT drawings are indicative and that it is up to the Tenderers to confirm the specifications on site or via SMCT's contact person (see below).

To ensure clarity of the scope of works required for successful delivery of this RFT, it is strongly recommended that all Tenderers attend a one hour site briefing at Bunurong Memorial Park at 10.00 am Thursday 12 February 2015. All questions must be submitted by 3.00 pm Friday 13 February 2015, and will be responded to no later than 3.00 pm Tuesday 17 February 2015.
