Tender Description
The purpose of the masterplanning exercise is to develop a detailed Plan for Pioneer Park that will provide Council with a document that will enable informed decisions to be made, based on sound strategic and sustainability outcomes.
Supply and Installation of industrial sized HVLS (High Volume Low Speed) ceiling fans to suit the internal playing courts at the Ray Owen Stadium.
The work in this contract consists of but is not limited to the following:
Supply and installation of industrial fan system (HVLS) for the internal playing courts.
The area consists of:
Area 1) Original stadium building, courts 1 to 4 (36.5m x 73.5m) = 2682m2
Area 2) Extended building (2009), courts 5 & 6 (36.5m x 46.5m) = 1698m2
Total Floor Area: 4380m2 (approx.)
