Tender Description
Eurobodalla Shire Council invites Tenders for the cleaning of public toilets for a period of 2 years with a 1 year extension possible. Commencing 1st April 2015 and ending 31st March 2017.
The tender is to service and clean Councils nominated Public Toilets (67 in total) increasing to 68 in 2015. Works will include paper replenishment defect reporting, cleaning activities record keeping and minor graffiti treatment. The cleaning task will require a combination of physical labour, cleaning implements, chemicals and monthly pressure cleaning to the required standard and schedule.
The tender will be available as either 2 separate parts, North (South Durras to Mogo to Broulee) 31 toilets, South (Moruya North Heads to Tilba) 36 toilets. Or as one part (South Durras to Tilba). This will be determined at the tender evaluation phase. There are two (2) cleaning schedule options to price for North and South parts.
