Request for Tender Newcastle CBD Substation 770 Feeder Access.
The work generally comprises civil and construction works in both green and brownfield locations adjacent and within Newcastle CBD substation. The works encompass demolition, construction of new footing and cast in situ elements with the construction and erection of precast concrete components, duct installation within the substation and its surrounds.
The Contractor will be require to provide a holistic construction service using documented management systems.
A mandatory pre-tender meeting is to be held at 10:00am on 4th February 2015. All prospective respondents must have attended this meeting.
Attendees are to meet at 10:00am at Newcastle CBD Substation, Tyrrell St Newcastle. All attendees must have the minimum PPE of long sleeve shirt, long pants, high visibility vest or clothing, safety boots , safety glasses and gloves on their person.
