Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Demolition of the former D&S Motors buildings, salvage and recovery of reusable materials for construction, decommissioning and removal of underground petroleum storage systems (UPSS), vehicle inspection pits and above-ground storage tanks (AST), and the identification, removal and lawful disposal of hazardous materials. Remediation of contaminated soils in accordance with the Remediation Action Plan, provide supporting documents for validation documentation following remediation, and provide full support for review by an EPA site auditor under the EPA Act.

A mandatory supplier briefing session will be conducted on site at the address of 88 Wallace Street Braidwood, NSW, 2622 on 27/05/2026 at 2 PM AEST.
