Services for Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning
Service Required:
Warringah Council (Council) invites tenders for the provision of services of Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning.
Purpose: To provide Council with services for reliable and cost effective planned and responsive maintenance to Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning systems installed on Council premises.
The equipment to be maintained comprises the whole of the Air Conditioning and Ventilation systems for each premises included in the Schedule of Equipment and Maintenance Matrix in Schedule E and includes Council equipment listed together with their associated ducts, controls, registers etc. that make up each complete system.
The Service Provider is also to provide additional ad-hoc repairs, renewals or new installation services as required.
Tenders close at 2pm on Tuesday 3 March, 2015 and must be fully received by this time.
