Tender Description
CASA is seeking a solution to provide capability to support the Defect Reporting System.
The purpose of the Defect Reporting System is to:
a) Permit the assessment of reports to detect airworthiness trends in the Australian aircraft fleet and products;
b) Permit timely airworthiness and safety oversight of the Australian aircraft fleet;
c) Provide feedback to the Aviation Industry to promote aircraft and product improvement; and
d) Assist in long term improvement in design, manufacturing, maintenance standards and practices.
The solution will include replacing the existing system.
