Tender Description
The National Survey of Community Satisfaction with Policing (NSCSP) Services was initially included in the Population Survey Monitor (PSM) during 1996. The PSM was a household survey conducted by the Australian Bureau of Statistics on quartely basis, which collects Information from approximately 3,000 households Australia wide.
NSCSP was first commissioned as an independent survey in July 2001. It is the only Australian survey to provide nationally comparable data regarding public satisfaction with police and police services and is considered a key indicator of service quality.
