Tender Description
The complete project is detailed in the RFT. The proposed contract is for Refurbishment and Additions to Amenities on the 'Rologas' Fields, Taylor Street, Armidale, NSW. The work involves the existing building to be refurbished for best use and modernisation of internal and external appearance.
A new building is to be constructed to the east for the purposes of player change rooms and referee facilities. Provision is to be made for future connectivity, electronic access monitoring, energy efficient lighting and possible solar generation and solar hot water in line with Council's energy efficiency goals.
This is a a fixed price Lump Sum contract.
All work is to comply with Armidale Dumaresq Council Building Construction Requirements which will be part of any resulting contract.
Tenderers must be able to start by April 2015.
