Tender Description
Provide service and on-call maintenance of:
Switchboards, Earths and reticulation;
General light and power, RCDs;
Emergency exit lighting;
Thermographic & Ultrasonic Survey;
Earth testing, switchboard maintenance;
Portable electrical devices testing and tagging;
Back-up generator testing and maintenance;
HVAC testing and maintenance;
Exhaust systems maintenance;
BMS testing and maintenance;
Internal Hi-bay and External O/H lighting (plus control) testing and maintenance, plus maintenance and testing of all other power and electrical circuits to specialist equipment excluding OHLE, Signalling, DPPS and security.
Condition reporting on a quarterly basis.
