Tender Description
Tenders are invited and will be received up to 2.00pm Tuesday 27th January 2014 for: Council seeks a Service Provider to undertake scheduled cleaning of Beresfield Childcare Centre (6 Milton Street, Beresfield NSW 2322). Cleaning requirements for the facility are to be in line with childcare regulations and standards. The Contract Term shall be for a period of 12 months, with a 12 month extension option.
Responsibility for lodgement by the deadline lies solely with the tenderer. Lodgement information is provided in the tender document. Council is not bound to accept the lowest tender or any tender submitted. Enquiries must be directed to Alex Malam on telephone: (02) 4966-3150.
A non-mandatory pre-tender meeting will be held on Thursday 15 January 2015 at 11:30am at Beresfield Childcare Centre (6 Milton Street, Beresfield NSW 2322). Please RSVP to email amalam@ncc.nsw.gov.au if you are attending. Attendance is at tenderer's expense.
