Tender Description
The Queensland Training Assets Management Authority (QTAMA) is inviting suitably qualified and experienced Information and Communication Technology (ICT) vendors to submit an offer for the delivery of a solution in accordance with the specification documents.
QTAMA is looking to engage an external provider to deliver a comprehensive website service, which initially enables QTAMA to provide essential information to and engage with stakeholders and is extensible to grow and integrate with QTAMAs other information systems over time.
Timeframes for implementation are very short with contract commencement expected 02 February 2015 and go live date of 09 March 2015, therefore it is critical any offer received can meet these timelines as demonstrated in their offer.
Note: Due to the short timeframes the offer closing period will not be extended. Vendors are requested to carefully read the electronic submission method (Section 1 – Item 8), and invitation and delivery timeframes (Section 1 – Item 13 and Section 3 – item 3.4.6).
