Tender Description
The tender comprises moving the ICT function to a position where it brokers services for the City of Gold Coast, with the ability to scale as required by the demand forecast for the business. This will include developing greater service integration and business liaison functions to manage both the suppliers and customers in relation to:
* IT infrastructure (centralised computing, end user computing, networks and telecommunications), and
* Applications support, maintenance, development and database administration
