Tender Description
Spotless is the Total Facilities Manager (TFM) for Housing and Community Services in the ACT. We provide planned and responsive maintenance services to a portfolio of approximately 12,000 properties throughout the ACT including residential dwellings, Community Services Facilities, and Bimberi Youth Justice Centre.
Expressions of interest are now being sought from suitably qualified and experienced contractors interested in working with Spotless to carry out works in the following trades:
* Locksmiths
* Pest Control
* Asbestos Removal
* Concreting
* Tiling
* Carpentry
* Fencing
* Bricklaying
* Painting
* Metal Roof Plumbing
