Stockland Development Pty Ltd, as Australia’s largest residential developer has been creating new residential communities for Australian families for more than 60 years.

Expressions of Interest are sought from suitably qualified Fencing and/or Landscaping Contractors interested in tendering for Fencing Construction Works and/or Front Landscaping Works within the eight Stockland Estates in Perth, Western Australia.

It is anticipated that 1600 Lots will require fencing within the next financial year, with an approximate division of 900 Lots located north of the Swan River, and 70 Lots located south of the Swan River.

Only tenderers with demonstrated capacity in undertaking Fencing and/or Landscaping Construction Works of the volume will be considered.

The works covered by this Expression of Interest, include the coordination and construction of Fencing and/or Front Landscaping Works to residential Lots.
