Tender Description
The City of Armadale invites tenders for lead design consultancy services for the design, documentation, procurement and construction administration of new sport and recreation facilities, including pavilion, parking, change facilities and playing fields in accordance with the concept design (subject to confirmation) developed. The project is to be delivered in 2 stages.Stage 1 includes design, documentation, procurement and construction for works to the playing surfaces installation of drainage, retaining walls, irrigation, site fencing, bollards and the installation of site lighting and services.Stage 2 includes design, documentation, procurement and construction for works to the clubhouse, parking and change facilities. The clubhouse design is to include (but not be limited to) a community hall, meeting room, change room facilities, a kitchen/kiosk, toilet facilities, an outdoor alfresco area, terraced seating for sports viewing and a playground. Design for stage 2 works will be carried out concurrently wth the design works for stage 1.
