Tender Description
Ellenbrook is Western Australia’s largest residential project with over 10,000 homesites, town centre and commercial precinct.
Registrations of interest are sought from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake landscape maintenance services.
The scope of works will include:
* All turf maintenance and associated tasks.
* All garden maintenance including endemic native species, grass tree transplants.
* Irrigation servicing including reporting, bore monitoring and all required repair work.
* Variety of works requested by the landscape manager.
The contract period will be for a minimum of 2 years.
