Grounds Maintenance Services at The Springs

⁠⁠⁠Overview

The City of Belmont requires the services of a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to undertake the supply of grounds maintenance services at The Springs.

Scope

• Provision of grounds maintenance services at The Springs

Contract Terms and Conditions

• Contract period: Initial three (3) years commencing 1 November 2026
• Extension options: One (1) plus one (1) year extension options at the sole discretion of the Principal
• Price review: At the end of each 12-month period of the Contract, an increase in the Contract price based on CPI (Perth) September Quarter shall be applied based on the initial Contract price
• The Contractor must submit the new rates for approval within 30 days of the Contract anniversary date, and the approved rates will come into effect from the anniversary date or from the date the request is received, whichever is later
