Maintenance And Refurbishments Expressions Of Interest (ACT HACS 950.2/14-15) Spotless is the Total Facilities Manager (TFM) for Housing and Community Services in the ACT.

We provide planned and responsive maintenance services to a portfolio of approximately 12,000 properties throughout the ACT including residential dwellings, Community Services Facilities, and Bimberi Youth Justice Centre.

Expressions of interest are now being sought from suitably qualified and experienced contractors interested in working with Spotless to carry out works in the following trades: Locksmiths, Pest Control, Asbestos Removal, Concreting.

Interested parties should send an email with your company name and contact details, a brief outline of the trades/services offered and previous experience to DHCS.ContractAdministrator@spotless.com.au.

Please quote ACT HACS 950.2/14-15 as the reference. Expressions of Interest will be accepted until 5pm on Thursday 17 April and a compulsory information session will be held on Wednesday 23 April (details provided on application).
