Tender Description
Tender for "Provision of Guarding Services" is being managed by DTZ on behalf of the Family Court and Federal Circuit Court and subsequently invites suitably qualified and registered Security Companies to provide a tender for these 20 Commonwealth sites. This encompasses both the Family and Federal Circuit Court and the Commonwealth Law Courts.
The Courts have a national footprint across capital cities and regional areas and Tenderers must have the resources and capability to undertake the Services and be able to meet its contractual obligations for the term of the Contract. The Guarding Services generally includes static guards, operation of metal detectors and scanners, CCTV and control room operations as well as roving patrols. The Guarding requirements and rostering hours vary from site to site.
