Provision of Security Services

⁠⁠⁠Moreland City Council is seeking suitably qualified contractors to provide various security services to Council including: 

* Security Guards and Patrols
* Events & Crowd Control
* Alarm Monitoring and Patrol Dispatch
* Electronic Security Equipment
* Access Control Renewal & Security Management Software
* Security Equipment Test and Tagging


Council will be holding information session to help tenderers understand how to submit a response through the new online tendering process at:

Service levels are to be provided by the Contractor in accordance with \'Best Value" aimed at achieving an environmentally responsible, safe and cost effective outcome for Council.

Refer to Part 4 - Council\'s Specifications for detailed scope of this contract.

Tenderers must respond by submitting their tender proposal and completing all highlighted cells contained under "Online Tender" tab.

It is important to download all attached documents.

Certain attached files require tenderer to add information: (1) save the file to your computer, (2) add the information, then (3) upload it again with the completed information.  

Tenderers are reminded that a tender is not submitted until (1) the "Save" button is selected, and then (2) "Press to Finalise your Online Bid" is pressed. 

Tenderers are reminded to view the "Forum" occasionally and review of any public notices or addendums in regard to this tender.

Submissions will only be accepted via Council\'s etendering system with a preferred maximum data upload of 20Mbyte. Facsimiles and late submissions will not be accepted. It is the responsibility of the tenderer to ensure that tenders are received in the tender box by the deadline.

Questions must be submitted via the forum on this site.  Questions submitted by phone, email, fax or hard copy may not receive a response.  Questions submitted three (3) working days before close time, may not receive a response.

Moreland City Council reserves the right not to accept the lowest or any tender.
