Tender Description
Tweed Shire Council is inviting Registrations of Interest (ROI) from suitable organisations/individuals to lease or licence the Bilambil Sports Club building for the purposes conducting a business. Council prefers to deal directly with the individual or organisation's agent who will be the onsite operators of the building. No sub-letting or assignment will be permitted. ROI’s must conform to Council’s requirements and be aligned with Council’s business model and corporate identity.
