Tender Description
The Town is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced organisation to undertake and complete associated works for the surf club building and commercial development at City Beach.
The works shall consist of:
* Civil works;
* Building works;
* Landscaping;
* Roads, and
* Services and associated works.
The required works are as stated in RFT 20-13.
PLEASE NOTE: The Town advises the Tender document, Technical Specification, Drawings and associated attachments will be issued directly by email to those Respondents who have registered their intention to submit an Offer in the online form below.
