⁠⁠⁠Objectives of a Retail Precinct at Sunshine Hospital

The objective of Western Health in the development and ongoing management of a Retail Precinct at Sunshine Hospital is to develop and provide ongoing management for a retail precinct that provides appropriate retail choices for staff, visitors and patients, and to identify retail opportunity solutions and ongoing management concepts in order to achieve a guaranteed level of services and revenues.

1. The overall objective of Western Health in the development and ongoing management of a Retail Precinct at Sunshine Hospital are:

* To develop and provide ongoing management for a retail precinct that provides appropriate retail choices for staff, visitors and patients.
* To identify retail opportunity solutions and ongoing management concepts in order to achieve a guaranteed level of services and revenues.

2. The successful respondent will be responsible for identifying the scope of work to be provided in order to achieve the following:

a. Collection of information, profiling the current position, setting target and priorities for retail opportunities, identifying resources to implement change and developing an evaluation program that measures target achievement;
b. Identification of the level of revenue from the implementation of the respondents program in a guaranteed revenues contract;
c. Initiation and maintenance of contact with interested parties.

3. In gathering and evaluating information, the successful respondent must be aware of and maintain commercial confidentiality at all times. Any breach of thisconfidentiality or improper use of information will be grounds for termination of any Agreement between Western Health and the successful respondent.
